Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or received incorrectly:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Intimate apparel or accessories where applicable

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective upon arrival
• Incorrectly shipped

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Please include:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Email Address
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
